Couples Therapy

For motivated couples, therapy is a powerful pathway to help you achieve your relationship goals.  All relationships have peaks and valleys.  Boredom and unintentional offences (anger, misunderstanding, and miscommunication) can affect even the most loving relationships.

The success of therapy depends on each partner’s motivation and dedication toward improving the relationship.  A strong foundation can be built through developing greater understanding, accountability, appreciation, and affection.

In couples sessions, we work together to explore your concerns and clarify your shared goals for the relationship. We co-create a safe space where both partners can listen to each other, develop more understanding and tolerance for each other’s wounded parts, and explore meaningful ways to address your relationship challenges.

Together, we brainstorm ways to improve and strengthen your relationship, as well as deepen your sense of connection.

Therapy services are available in English and Farsi.
